At Ralf’s Mejía, operated by RR Perfumes Corp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our Returns & Refunds Policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Products must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, cosmetics, and personal care products that have been opened or used cannot be returned.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Opened or used fragrances and beauty products.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Sale or clearance items marked as “Final Sale.”
3. Return Process
- Contact us at info@ralfmejia.com to request a return authorization.
- Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.
6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@ralfmejia.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
